On the Road Again

Leaving on Saturday to go up north and attend a wedding.
Visiting a few friends on the way back home. It all adds up to a 1000 mile road trip. Woo! Good thing I don't mind driving. So if you're on the highways watch out for Two Chicks in a Sonata.

Right now I'm just tired. We're leaving at the height of veggie season so I've got freezing and canning to do, cats to cat sit, and free lance work to be done.

I spent three hours making applesauce from scratch and canning it only to have one of the jars break in the pot while I was processing them. Grrrrr!
